This research paper presents an analysis of the Islamiat curriculum for grades IX and X under the "Sindh School Education Standards and Curriculum Act 2014," positioning it as the pivot for a student's intellectual and social development. The structural framework of the curriculum spans from the Quran and Hadith to the eminent personalities of Islam (Mashahir-e-Islam), effectively linking the ideological foundation of "Revelation" (Wahy) to the practical aspects of life through real-world role models. In the context of Bloom's Taxonomy, while this curriculum is highly effective up to its first four levels (Knowledge, Comprehension, Application, and Analysis), there remains room for improvement. To foster critical thinking aligned with contemporary demands, it needs to transcend the purely informational level and further develop the "Creative and Evaluative levels."
