Abstract

Mutarkah means to leave each other. Prohibition after the proof of intercourse, the wife will be unlawful on the husband forever. It is necessary to end the marital relationship between the spouses, without which the woman cannot get married in another place, even if many years have passed. After many years, a woman can go through 'Iddah and then marry another man. The majority of jurists have used the term abrogation instead of mutarkah, while the Ahnaaf  have used mutarkah in the literal sense.The opinions of the jurists differ on the proof of the prohibition of intercourse. However, after the proof of prohibition of intercourse, the marriage will be annualled. The woman never stayed with her husband after the proof of prohibition and let the husband don’t come near, and the man must separate from the woman If men and women are not separated from each other, then the judge must separate them.Separation after proof of hurmat e musahrat is necessary. The issue should not be suppressed to avoid the embarrassment of the society.
