Abstract

This research article explores the significant role of the Khazraj tribe in early Islamic history. As one of the two major tribes of Yathrib (later known as Madinah), the Khazraj played a pivotal part in supporting the Prophet Muhammad during the critical phase of the Hijrah (migration) and the establishment of the first Islamic state. The study highlights their involvement in the pledges of Aqabah, their early acceptance of Islam, and their contributions in key battles such as Badr and Uhud. The article aims to present a detailed and authentic account of their political, military, and religious influence in shaping the course of Islamic civilization.
