This research presents an analytical study of the principles of Murabaha to the Purchase Order in the context of Hanafi and Maliki jurisprudence. Murabaha is a key contract in Islamic finance, wherein a seller purchases goods upon the buyer's request and sells them at a declared profit margin. The study examines whether this practice aligns with general Shariah principles and specifically with the legal doctrines of the Hanafi and Maliki schools. It also explores the conditions, guarantees, and practical implementations of such contracts within modern Islamic banking systems. The aim of the study is to provide a comprehensive framework rooted in classical jurisprudence to guide contemporary Islamic financial institutions in adhering to Shariah compliance.
