Abstract

This article is a detailed discussion about the shariah and legal rules for the permissibility and prohibition of the wealth. Every member of the human society is need of earning and spending money and when this act will accord Shariah guidelines it will become the Ibadah which is the main objective of human creation. This research paper is a practical study of Shariah and contemporary Legal Maxims related to concept of Halal and Haram in financial matters. These maxims explain the sharia rulings in precise, comprehensive and short form and clearly mention the goal and objective of Islam in money making process. Which process of money making allowed in Islam and what steps in this regard Islam prohibits? Detail of these important issues is provided in this article. In this it has been made clear for the reader that Islam does not allow each and every mode for earning or having the property but there are some prescribed rules and regulations which must be followed in earning or spending the money. This article in a comprehensive study of practical juristic and legal approaches to observe the Shariah prohibition in earning money and it will enable the reader to refrain from any act in financial matters which may cause Shariah as well as the legal violation.
