Modern organizations frequently encounter complex administrative and human resource challenges that directly affect employee performance, organizational effectiveness, ethical standards, and long-term sustainability. The Prophetic Biography (Seerah) of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) offers a comprehensive, timeless, and ethically grounded model for effective leadership, human development, and organizational management. This research article aims to extract and critically analyze the foundational principles of human resource management and strategic planning derived from the Seerah, with a specific focus on recruitment, training, empowerment, consultation (Shura), motivation, delegation of authority, and accountability. Employing a qualitative, analytical, and historical research methodology, the study utilizes primary sources, including the Quran, authentic Hadith literature, and classical Seerah texts, cross-referenced with contemporary management paradigms. The findings reveal that the Prophet (PBUH) consistently prioritized merit, competence, integrity, trustworthiness, and suitability for responsibility in appointments, regardless of social background or status. He fostered a strong culture of mutual consultation, delegated authority with profound trust, encouraged teamwork, provided continuous psychological, moral, and spiritual motivation, and maintained a transparent and equitable system of accountability. Furthermore, his strategic flexibility, situational awareness, diplomatic approach, and long-term foresight, evident in pivotal events such as the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah, demonstrate remarkable administrative and strategic wisdom. The study concludes that the Seerah-based model of human resource management and strategic planning is not merely a historical narrative but a highly applicable, holistic framework for modern institutions. Its practical application can promote organizational stability, employee development, ethical leadership, mutual trust, justice, responsible decision-making, and sustainable institutional success.
