Abstract

The contemporary era is marked by rapid intellectual, technological, social, and cultural changes, making the younger generation one of the most important foundations of the future of society. Unless the basic rights of men, women, and children are properly protected and the younger generation is provided with sound intellectual, moral, and spiritual training, the development of responsible citizens and a strong, balanced, and constructive generation remains difficult. This article explores the protection of the basic rights of the younger generation and the development of their thoughts and character in the light of the Qur’an and the Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It highlights the need to understand the contemporary challenges faced by the younger generation and provides guidance for their intellectual and moral development through Prophetic teachings.
