Abstract

This article serves as a thematic and analytical continuation of the critical review of the book, "The Psychology of Mohammed". Authored by an Iranian-born Orientalist, the book attempts to re-evaluate the life of the Prophet (PBUH) through the lens of modern psychological frameworks rather than traditional historiography. Building upon the foundational discourse established in the preceding part of this study, the current paper delves deeper into the author's specific arguments and interpretations.

The primary objective of this research is to provide an academic critique of the psychological paradigms employed by the author, examining how his Iranian-born perspective and Orientalist leanings influence his narrative. By scrutinizing the text, this study highlights the divergence between empirical psychological analysis and the subjective biases present in the work. The analysis aims to clarify whether the author’s conclusions are rooted in objective scholarship or are merely a continuation of stereotypical Orientalist polemics disguised in contemporary terminology.
