In an era marked by technological advancements and rapid globalization, the essence of humanity in humans is often overshadowed by materialism, individualism, and social divides. True humanity encompasses compassion, empathy, morality, and a sense of collective responsibility. However, societal pressures, conflicts, and self-interest often challenge these fundamental values. This study explores the factors contributing to the erosion of humanity and how to revive it through education, ethical leadership, and interpersonal connections. By analyzing philosophical, psychological, and sociocultural perspectives, this research aims to highlight the importance of nurturing human values in a world that increasingly prioritizes efficiency over empathy.
